Ausstellerkarten für alle Veranstaltungen:
Beim ersten Tisch sind zwei Ausstellerkarten dabei, danach eine pro weiterem aber maximal 8 Stück pro Aussteller. Zusatzkarten können gekauft werden

TWO exhibitor ticket are included for the first table and one for each additional table - to a maximum number of 8 tickets - further exhibitor tickets can be bought at the exhibitor desk.

Stromanschluss
electricity

Stromanschluss und Stromverbrauch sowie Wasserverbrauch (Kalt und Warmwasser) ist im Preis inbegriffen.
Mehrfachverteiler und Kabeltrommel (mind. 10m) müssen selber mitgebracht werden
Electricity is free. You will to bring your own extension cord (10m or longer).

Mit dem Absenden der Anmeldung melden Sie sich VERBINDLICH zur EXOTICA Reptilienbörse an.

Stornokosten

2- 4 Wochen vorher 50% Stornogebühr
weniger als 2 Wochen vorher 90% Stornogebühr
NO SHOW ohne vorherige ABSAGE: 100% plus Sperre

Canecellation fee
until 4 weeks before: no fee
2- 4 weeks before: 50% of total amount
less than 2 weeks before: 100% of total amount
NO SHOW without cancellation: 100% and a ban on future shows.

Die Austeller haben die Börsenordnung, die gültigen EU Artenschutzbestimmungen sowie das Österreichische Tierschutzgesetz in der aktuelle Fassung einzuhalten.

Wenn der Standplatz nicht um 9.30h (also 30 Minuten vor dem offiziellen Beginn) bezogen ist und keine schriftliche oder telefonische Sondervereinbarung getroffen wurde verfällt die Standgebühr, der Standplatz wird an andere Interessenten vergeben und es besteht kein Anspruch des Austellers mehr auf seinen Standplatz.

Tables of exhibitors, that do not show up at the show until 09:30 will be given to other exhibitors.
